Teen Read Week and Book Club
Book Club will meet on Tuesday Oct. 15 during the period 3 study hall. Teen Reading Week Starts next week on Oct. 14. The theme is Books with Byte. Book Club
Book Club will hold its first meeting of the new school year on Monday, Sept 22 during the period 3 study hall. We will discuss posting to this blog, Letters about Literatue, participating in the Abraham Lincoln High School Book Award program and choose books to read for the next meeting. Of course there will be cookies!

Alex Flinn visit
Alex Flinn will be coming to Mater Dei on March 10. Her books include Breathing Underwater, Fade to Black, Nothing to Lose, Breaking Point, Diva and her latest book Beastly. I just read Beastly this past weekend and really liked it.
